Youth Strength Training

Our youth strength training is a group fitness class for kids ages 9-12 that meets two times per week for 7 weeks!

Class Structure

Well-rounded, non-sports specific athletic training in a group setting

We focus on strengthening squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, and lunging variations

We work to  increase comfort with basic movements, such as squats, push-ups, pull-ups, lateral shuffles, and forward and backward running

We will introduce your child to safe conditioning techniques and equiptment, including bodyweight, bands, light dumbbells and kettlebells, sleds, ropes, and med balls
