Train with your buddies

Similar to bootcamp, but on a more personal level. Group Training starts with a Styku 3D scan so our trainers have true numbers based on where you are right now. It is a true starting point. From there, a personalized plan is put into action to help each individual reach their fitness goals.

Class times:

Monday – 10AM, 5:30PM

Tuesday – 8AM, 10AM, 12PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM

Wednesday – 10AM, 5:30PM

Thursday – 8AM, 10AM, 12PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM

Friday – 10AM

Saturday – 10AM
