Youth Strength and Conditioning

Ages 8-14

Functional training is the name of the game for the kid’s class.
Participants will learn the proper form of various exercises which is key at a
young age. Bodyweight, kettlebells, medicine balls, and dumbbells are some of
the equipment used in this class. This is a well-rounded, functional fitness
program; it is not sport specific. Movements that are used in every sport and
in everyday life are emphasized.

Class times are Monday-Thursday 5:30PM-6:15PM.
